Sean and Eric were great. Extremely knowledgeable yet friendly and easy to talk to.The inspection was thorough and they made sure to explain all the little intricacies that go into a home inspection. I was very appreciative of the quality time and work they put into the inspection and I'd 100% call on them again when I need to!

The group was very quickly responsive, answered all of our questions in a timely, easily accessible manner, and were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Jason, our home inspector, was very nice, very knowledgeable, and spent the majority of the inspection actively teaching us what he was looking at, why it did or did not need to be addressed, and gave general advice for various aspects of home care / maintenance. one of the most fastest and easy to set up home & termite inspection. I was notified by my agent that our offer was accepted and we needed to order a home inspection, that same day I called eagle inspection and a representative was readily available and took a few pieces of information and the inspection was set for the very next day with 4 different time slots to choose from. we meet Luis our home inspector and he was extremely nice, attentive, professional, experienced, very detailed, honest and simply just a pleasure to work with. once the inspection was done we got both full reports the very next day with pictures and explanation as to what’s going on. I’ve had a home inspection done in the past for another home and this was my very best experience by far. I highly recommend, you don’t want to commit to a home without having an inspection done, I assumed this house was fully renovated and the most expensive repairs were not done only cosmetic work. Jason was my inspector and he did a great job of walking through my property and explaining things in great detail to me.he was very knowledgeable as well as patient and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable and that I understood everything by being extremely thorough with his walk through, even with going as far as to crawl through small spaces to make sure things were in working order. Overall I’d give him a 10 out of 10 if I could for his excellent service and I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.

Had a great experience with Eagle and our inspector Jason. We are young professionals buying our first home in a market where the sellers have all the power and Jason helped us find things in our new construction that would easily be missed. With his professional eye we were able to find things to be fixed that we were able to have added to our contract. We never felt like he was rushing through and wanted to make sure we understood what we were buying. He was very friendly and personable as well.
