An entire house with 1,000 defects built inside the InterNACHI Headquarters building. Advance your skills in performing inspections and finding all of the defects at the House of Horrors. There's nothing like this amazing facility to help boost your inspection techniques, knowledge and skills.
Come to the InterNACHI House of Horrors and inspect it. It has thousands of defects you might not see during an entire career in the home inspection business. You'll be accompanied by InterNACHI instructor Kenton Shepard, you'll get to try out all sorts of equipment and tools, you'll generate your own inspection report, and you'll have it reviewed. You can then go back and do it again. This is almost a hyper inspection that will take you all day.
Every home inspector needs a professional-looking image, and the InterNACHI Marketing Team is here to help you with a one-on-one consultation. They will design a business logo for you, redesign an existing logo, and design all of your business cards and flyers. And all of the design work is free for members. This is a must for inspectors who want to be better prepared to spot problems with residential electrical service panels, including service size, wiring, connections, and issues with the panel's labeling and exterior.
