InspectorPrime is a modular business management (back office) and inspection system that operates within your own Airtable account, which you control and subscribe to independently. It is provided as a one-time purchase, giving you permanent ownership of the system and complete control over your business data. This self-hosted approach leverages a powerful automation system capable of running up to 100,000 automations per month. Airtable's robust security ensures your client information is stored in your private environment. The system also provides embeddable components, such as our custom booking form, for seamless integration with your company website. We never store or access your data; upon purchase, the system is transferred to your account, and our access is permanently removed.

The system is structured around three distinct modules. InspectorPrime Office is the central platform for business administration. The reporting modules, InspectorPrime Residential and InspectorPrime Commercial, are distinct systems. Recognizing that commercial inspections are not just larger home inspections, the Commercial system was custom-built to address the unique complexities of commercial properties. Both reporting systems provide customizable, white-labeled reports with up to 100GB of media storage. The Residential system is compatible with standards in all U.S. states (excluding the TREC 7-6 report), and you can view state compatibility here. The Commercial system offers specialized reporting for the CCPIA® ComSOP, Equipment Schedules, Capital Reserves Analysis, AI Cost Analysis, and Project Proposals. It also supports a wide range of ancillary services including accessibility reports and fire door inspections.

An integrated AI assistant is included to help improve reporting efficiency. You can choose the AI model you wish to use, including the latest models up to GPT-5, and train it on your company's narrative style while retaining full control over all content. There are no additional fees for advanced functions or per-report charges. InspectorPrime also maintains a simple, free online utility for the production of the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form (WindMit Form).

The system then compiles this information, generating a finalized, photo-embedded PDF document prepared for professional submission.
