Bentley Home Inspections
Susan Bentley has been involved with America’s Promise and MADD, and worked as an injury prevention coordinator, serving at the national level with all those organizations. In 2015, she met Donnie Bentley, founder of Bentley Home Inspections, and became the company’s CEO. Susan’s leadership extends to her involvement with InspectionGo (iGo), where she coaches the Leader’s Edge initiative and heads H.I. Ladies, supporting women leaders in the inspection industry.

Certified Master Inspector® Dennis Bonner is a licensed home inspector, certified marine contractor, certified general contractor, and an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector. He is president of Florida Insurance Inspection, Inc., a full-service inspection company serving Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. He performs Windstorm Inspections, 4-Point Inspections, Roof Condition Certifications, Condominium Inspections, insurance valuations, appraisals, and Pre-Purchase Home Inspections on a daily basis. Brian Burns has been teaching for the Infrared Training Center since 2016. He specializes in power generation, manufacturing, and quality applications. Prior to joining the Infrared Training Center, he worked for ten years conducting thermal inspections on mechanical, building, and electrical systems.

Rob Claus is an Illinois-licensed home inspector and has been a professional inspector since 1988. He’s personally inspected more than 15,000 properties. Rob has held numerous industry-elected positions and has taught for some of the leading inspection education providers in the country, and has been a frequent presenter at national inspection conferences. In 2022, Rob assumed the role of Director of Education for CCPIA, the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association, helping create in-person classes and online courses.

Graham Clarke is a consulting engineer with 35 years’ experience in the inspection of buildings. His areas of expertise include standard-of-care issues in the fields of inspection and construction, and the analysis and diagnosis of construction and building failures. He is also an experienced technical trainer, and holds degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Structural and Foundation Engineering.

Will Decker has been an Illinois-licensed home inspector since 2005, and is the author and presenter of multiple state-approved continuing education classes. He was awarded the 2005 InterNACHI® Golden Pen Award for Excellence in Education and the 2006 InterNACHI® Member of the Year. He is the founding vice president and former president of InterNACHI’s Chicagoland Member Chapter.

Joseph W. Denneler, Esq., is General Counsel and Chief Claims and Risk Management Officer for Elite MGA, LLC, and its captive insurer, Elite Re, Ltd., the first property and casualty insurance company built specifically to insure professional home inspectors. Joe oversees third-party administrators and the claims team for Elite and reviews every InterNACHI® home inspector’s claim submitted to Elite. Prior to joining Elite, he was a litigation attorney practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for more than 20 years, working on behalf of insureds for multiple insurance carriers and also on behalf of insurers. Joe developed a niche practice representing home inspectors and other real estate professionals. He is intimately familiar with home inspection standards of practice, the evaluation of liability and potential damages in claims against inspectors, litigation budgeting, setting reserves, and claims resolution. Joe is a frequent lecturer on preventing and managing claims against home inspectors.

Florida-licensed home inspector Juan Garcia is a Certified Master Inspector® and owner of the multi-inspector firm Same Day Inspection, along with a construction company that did over $1 million of business in its first year of operation. Holding state licenses as a mold assessor and remediator, general contractor, roofing contractor, and real estate associate, Juan has worked in some aspect of the homebuilding and real estate industries since 2002, following his eight-year service in the U.S. Army.

KEVIN HESTERBERG
Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot & Repair Technician
Kevin Hesterberg is a licensed commercial drone pilot and repair technician. He is considered an expert in flight dynamics and the technical construction of aircraft, with advanced training in aircraft maintenance through the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a crew chief on an F-15. He has worked in various areas of the home inspection industry for 15 years. He offers continuing education classes on the use of drones in the inspection industry at various state and national organizations.

Lon Henderson is a Certified Master Inspector® and has been a home and commercial property inspector since 1998. He was an instructor for Kaplan University and is a past chapter president of NAHI. Lon holds a B.S. in Entomology and was the Belize Government Entomologist for two years. His background in construction includes custom homes and light commercial buildings, and remodels, additions, basement finishes, and burn-out rehabs, including 16 "fix-n-flips." Lon became a real estate agent in 1986 before starting his home inspection business. His specialty is HVAC training for home inspectors.

Certified Master Inspector® Ron Huffman, P.E., M.B.A., founded Huffman Inspections, Inc., in Colorado in 1989. He has performed more than 10,000 property inspections on residential and commercial properties in Colorado and Wyoming. He founded ESEC-Exteriors & Stucco Evaluation Consultants, Inc., in 1999, specializing in EIFS and stucco inspections and moisture intrusion analysis. Ron has over 45 years of experience in residential and commercial design, construction and inspection, and is author of the Stucco Identification Field Guide.

JIM KRUMM
Certified Master Inspector®
James Krumm is a Certified Master Inspector® and has been an InterNACHI® Colorado Chapter office and volunteer since 2008. The owner-operator of Best Home Inspections, he has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and is an electronics specialist. He holds certifications from the AARST-NRPP in radon testing, and is a certified well inspector and water sampler. In addition to his more than 1,700 hours of training and Continuing Education, Jim holds a two-year degree from the Dunwoody College of Technology.

David Sulock is the managing director of Curren Environmental and has overseen all its project managers and field personnel for more than 15 years. He has a diverse background in the environmental services industry, including Phase I, II & III Environmental Site Assessments, field management for remedial investigations, and remedial actions for mold, soil, and groundwater contamination. With over 20 years’ experience in environmental inspections, he has been involved in both the oversight and performance of environmental consulting and contracting projects, including mold surveys, mold remediation, subsurface investigations, groundwater mapping and plume delineation, forensic analysis, environmental audits and compliance reviews, and cost reviews and project audits.

Dillon Winiecki is a certified commercial property inspector, Arizona-licensed home inspector, and InterNACHI® Training Partner. He owns Inspection Career Training Academy and Arizona Commercial Property Inspections, as well as the multi-inspector firm Protect Property Inspections. He was named the 2021 “Home Inspector of the Year” by the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Since 2012, Dillon has also been a firefighter-EMT and a hazardous materials technician.
