If you are having issues with our app, such as questions not loading - or the same questions appearing each time - you may need to reset the app so it can reload questions from our servers. Here are a couple of things to try:
- Reset: Tap the menu button on the bottom right corner of the screen. When the menu appears, tap "Reset". This will erase the order of your questions and request new questions from our server.
- Delete and Re-download: Delete the app from your device, and then go to the App Store or the Play Store. Download the app again and log in with your InterNACHI ID.
- Use the Website: Simply use our online version of the practice questions instead of the app by going to www.nachi.org/qa.
These actions should clear up any issues you are currently having with the app. If you still have trouble, email email@example.com.
