Sewer Scope Inspector Training
Become a Sewer Scope Inspector in this one-day, hands-on training held at the InterNACHI® House of Horrors® in Weston, Florida. Certified Master Inspector® and InterNACHI® CPI Jim Krumm will be the instructor. You'll learn how to perform sewer scope inspections, identify and describe pipes and defects observed during the inspection, and add this ancillary inspection to your business in the most profitable way. You'll be using a few different types of sewer scopes and cameras. And you'll be inspecting various types of pipe and defects purposely installed in the pipe system at the House of Horrors®.
This training is being held at the InterNACHI® Florida location inside PRO-LAB® Headquarters located in Weston, Florida. Students will be able to tour the House of Horrors®, a full-size house with a thousand defects built in.
Jim Krumm is a Certified Master Inspector® and has been an InterNACHI® Colorado Chapter officer and volunteer since at least 2008. The owner-operator of Best Home Inspections, he has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and is an electronics specialist. He holds certifications from the AARST-NRPP in radon testing, and is a certified well inspector and water sampler. In addition to his more than 1,700 hours of training and Continuing Education, Jim holds a two-year degree from the Dunwoody College of Technology.
