Lunch

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Advanced Electric Inspections

The session will be interactive and hands on with extensive use of the House of Horrors. I don’t use overheads or read from a book, and the inspectors aren’t going to be sitting in chairs. Rather than trying to throw a lot of information at inspectors that they are going to forget, I like to focus on a few topics that tend to be confusing and dispel common myths and misconceptions about electrical systems. My goal is that when the inspectors leave, they will truly understand the topics we discussed. The topics that I get the most positive feedback from inspectors about are grounding and bonding and understanding why certain things, such as double-taps, are a problem.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Growth and Hiring

Ron Ewald & Andrew Fox
Hiring employees is one way to grow your business. We will discuss the various aspects of hiring and the process for getting your new support up to speed. We will also discuss working smarter to increase your efficiency.

Awards Banquet

This is a fun event where we honor The BrickKicker franchisees who excelled in 2016. We will enjoy an excellent meal, renew friendships and make some new friends as well. This is always a night to remember, full of laughter and camaraderie!
