GET CERTIFIED
Get certified by InterNACHI® by completing this class in addition to InterNACHI's online certification requirements. Get hands-on training for five days at the House of Horrors® and become an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector. Certified Master Inspectors CMI® and InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® will be your teachers. This five-day training is for anyone new to the home inspection business and for those who want to enhance their skills. You will be guided through the House of Horrors® – an entire house with over a thousand defects. You will conduct home inspections at the House of Horrors® and write inspection reports.
After successful completion of the 5-day training and the InterNACHI® online certification , you will be an InterNACHI® certified home inspector and have permission to use the InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector logo.
The InterNACHI® House of Horrors® is located in Boulder, Colorado. It is an entire house with a thousand defects built under our roof. Inspectors can practice performing home inspections in the House of Horrors® to advance their inspection knowledge and skills. InterNACHI® and the InterNACHI® School do not require any student to attend an in-person training class in order to become certified. You can become InterNACHI® certified by completing the InterNACHI® inspector certification requirements.
