Goal:
The goal of this course is to teach students the Texas Inspector Legal and Ethics Rules and SOP Updates.
Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to understand:
- the legal & ethics rules;
- the occupations code; and
- license requirements according to the TREC Code;
- understand the Texas Standards of Practice; and
- perform a home inspection according to the Standards of Practice.
The course includes:
- 8 InterNACHI® CE credit hours;
