InterNACHI® built and manages the InterNACHI® House of Horrors®. InterNACHI® and InterNACHI® School do not require students to attend live training or enroll in an in-residence program. InterNACHI® and InterNACHI® School do not require onsite attendance. InterNACHI’s e-learning Home Inspector Certificate Program is available to InterNACHI® members for free. The training, classes, events, and experiences provided at an InterNACHI® House of Horrors are provided and hosted by InterNACHI® and are not required to become an InterNACHI® certified inspector. Self-guided tours of the InterNACHI® House of Horrors® will be conducted on an appointment-only basis, and availability is limited. Email events@internachi.org to request a visit.
