Nick Gromicko, the Executive Director for the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) based in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, announced that James H. Bushart has been appointed as President of the organization's local chapter of Home Inspectors for central Missouri.

Bushart is a Home Inspector for the local and family owned Home Inspection Services of Missouri based in High Hill, Missouri and serves the counties of Montgomery, Warren, St. Charles and St. Louis.

"Among the several national associations that a Home Inspector can belong to," said Gromicko, "the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors is the only one that requires an inspector to pass a qualifying exam prior being accepted.  The inspector must then pass an examination, annually, as well as participate in continuing education programs to stay current in order to remain certified.  Local chapters assist inspectors in meeting these stringent requirements."

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors also requires its members to adhere to a strict code of ethics and to perform home inspections in accordance with a highly comprehensive standard procedure to ensure that clients who utilize its members are receiving complete, accurate and unbiased home inspection reports.

"I encourage all people who are seeking a qualified home inspector to take advantage of our database of qualified and certified InterNACHI Home Inspectors by visiting www.inspectorseek.com ," Gromicko added.
