About Cathy Hendry

Cathy Hendry is a full time Home Inspector.  She is also the person most companies wish they had answering the phones.  Cathy has designed and implemented training from the idea phase and successfully carried it through to testing and quality assurance countless times.  Thousands of her students throughout the country have benefited from her enthusiastic property leasing and marketing courses.  She has extensive executive and leadership experience in the multifamily housing industry with emphasis on pre-acquisition market analysis.  She holds a Master's degree in educational leadership and is an expert trainer and speaker.  She also holds a Bachelors degree with five minors.  As a member of InterNACHI, Cathy is currently fully focused on her Company, Handy Home Inspections and sits on InterNACHI's Standards of Practice Committee.
