Usage:  Written permission required.

Notes:  InterNACHI, InterNACHI and other sister entities have various other Trademarks including "Inspector's Quarterly","REALmatcher", "REAL Property Times", "Certified Mold Inspector", "Certified Residential Inspector", "Certified Home Inspector", "Report generation for a new generation", "CRI", "CMI", "Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)", "Bringing clean air to life" and many others.  When in doubt, check with InterNACHI first by writing fastreply@nachi.org

Usage:  From time to time, InterNACHI permits temporary use of its Trademarks to be incorporated within a member's website domain name (example:  www.iamahandsomnachimember.com).  This permission is sometimes granted to non-members and other entities for a limited time period, typically as part of a strategic alliance.  A prominent actual example of this is www.nachistore.com   Registration by a InterNACHI member of a domain name that contains an imbedded Trademark is permitted provided the URL takes the visitor to a site which is clearly not InterNACHI or sister organization owned and operated (a member's own home inspection company website would be fine).  Members that do this though must realize that InterNACHI reserves all rights to Trademarked words and phrases and under ICANN rules, can take possession of the domain name without offering compensation.  Registration by non-members is prohibited.

Usage:  All of nachi.org is copyright© InterNACHI.  Anything found on any of InterNACHI's websites (except for message board posts) such as http://www.nachi.org/promise.htm may be used by any InterNACHI member in good standing.  There is no need for members to seek additional written permission.   If your professional printing company or web developer demands written permission, simply direct them to this webpage.  Use or reproduction in any form by non-members is prohibited.  Message board posts are copyright© their respective poster/author separately and automatically by InterNACHI.

"InterNACHI and its sister organizations control various Trademarks (words, logos, phrases) and copyrights through direct ownership or agreement in both the U.S. and Canada.  InterNACHI allows their use for marketing purposes under the policies outlined above.   Use does not make InterNACHI a party to any agreement between members and their clients.  Any use by non-members must be pursuant to temporary written permission issued by InterNACHI.  InterNACHI vigorously enforces its Trademark and copyright exclusivity." - Joe Ferry, Chief legal counsel.
