MOKAN InterNACHI Chapter meeting Dec. 11th, 2004 in Lenexa, KS.

Saturday, December 11th, 2004 at 2pm in Lenexa, Kansas ...be there!

EVERYONE is cordially invited to the next educational/training seminar hosted by the MOKAN Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) on Saturday, December 11th at 2pm.  New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all other associations, are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI.  Anyone interested in home inspections can attend.  Dress casual if you like, as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be.  Spouses welcome.  Come hungry!  Dinner is included in cost: $20/members, $25/non-member.

Tom Lauhon, from Midwest Inspectors Institute http://www.midwestinsp.com will be our guest speaker for the afternoon.  Prepare to learn much!  This is an educational/training seminar.
  
  • Schedule:
Structural Deficiencies - 1.5 hours
Carbon Monoxide - 1 hour
Old House Wiring - 1.5 hours
  
Also: Termites - 1 hour (We are having the guy that we contact for most of our termite inspections do this segment.  He is going to cover both identifying the difference between carpenter ants and termites and identifying the difference between wood rot and termite damage.  He believes he can cover both issues in an hour.)
