IRS grants tax exempt status to InterNACHI all the way back to 1998.

After a nearly year long IRS investigation regarding InterNACHI's tax exemption application, a July 14th, 2005 letter from Lois G. Lerner, Director of Exempt Organizations Rulings and Agreements Office of the Internal Revenue Service in Cincinnati, Ohio notified InterNACHI that InterNACHI's tax exempt status application was approved back to 1998.

"We are pleased to inform you that upon review of your application for tax exempt status we have determined that you are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (6) of the Internal Revenue Code."

Our tax exempt effective date: April 27, 1998.

Our accounting period ending: December 31.
