The Sate of California Energy Commission recently produced a 16 page color booklet
which offers guidance on what home sellers and buyers may do to address energy
efficiency when selling or buying a home, such as having a home energy inspection
performed. Its purpose is to provide California real estate agents, the public
and others involved in home sales transactions with basic information about energy
inspections. InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors is
listed as a source of inspectors on page 10 along with InterNACHI's website
