to provide further psychometric audit and consulting services.
SMT
has extensive program audit experience and is using established auditing protocol
to review all of our Online Inspector Examination item development procedures, passing score development process, item statistics,
question weighting, online built-in intelligence, and other essential program
functionalities of our exam.
InterNACHI, the world’s largest home inspection association, is the only association
that front-ends all of its membership requirements. InterNACHI’s exams and quizzes are also used as graduation requirements by many home
inspection schools and Community Colleges throughout the
U.S.

Canada
