PRESS RELEASE: Nick Gromicko Announces New Association for Commercial Property Inspectors

 

BOULDER, Colo. (Feb. 26, 2018) – Nick Gromicko is pleased to announce the formation of the brand new Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA).

 

"This has been a long time coming," says Gromicko. "Many members of InterNACHI [the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors] offer commercial property inspections as an ancillary service.  And although they follow the ComSOP, they can also benefit by being a part of an association specifically for commercial property inspectors.  In fact, we hope to build up the CCPIA to be as much of a resource for commercial property inspectors as InterNACHI is for home inspectors."

 

The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and federally tax-exempt trade association. CCPIA members perform commercial property inspections across North America according to the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP).

CCPIA provides resources for inspectors, including articles, documents, legal forms, checklists, forms, checklists, educational and instructional videos, and training. CCPIA also lists its members in the “Find a Commercial Inspector” search engine for use by consumers and commercial real estate professionals.

"I'm very excited about what this can mean for the inspection industry," says Gromicko.  "And I hope that the resources we provide to inspectors who want to branch out into commercial property inspections can extend the benefit of their membership to their clients and prospects."
