John Weiburg, P.E., CPI, ACI will be sharing practical insight on structural issues that Inspectors commonly encounter—how to identify them, what they mean, and how to report them with clarity and confidence.
He’ll also introduce us to Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)—what they are, when they come up in real estate, and how they might relate to our work in the field.
