The Chesapeake Chapter meets the second Thursday of every month (except July and August) at Libations Tavern in Millersville, Maryland for our monthly dinner meeting. All interested home inspectors are invited to attend for casual dinner and discussion.
We are excited to welcome Greg Kemp, owner of Kemp Home Inspections, as our upcoming guest speaker. As a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and AHIT Master Home Inspector with over 20 years of experience, Greg has personally inspected thousands of structures and brings a wealth of technical knowledge from both the engineering and property management fields. During his presentation, Greg will share his insights on simple ways inspectors can provide greater value and peace of mind for our customers.
