Join us at our next InterNACHI meeting as we welcome Steve Younker, owner and senior inspector at Maryland Waterproofing.
At our March meeting, Steve will be focusing specifically on moisture control and and air quality concerns with homes. With over 25 years of local experience and certifications in MD, VA, WV, DE, and PA, Steve is here to help us distinguish between a minor nuisance and a major liability for our clients.
Whether you want to talk about vapor barriers, sump pump configurations, or the latest in basement air quality, this is a session you won’t want to miss.
The Chesapeake Chapter of InterNACHI is a professional community of home inspectors dedicated to continuing education, peer support, and raising the standard of home inspections in our region. Whether you’re new to the field or a seasoned pro, our monthly meetings offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment to learn, connect, and grow.

You do not need to be an InterNACHI member or chapter member to attend. Everyone with an interest in home inspections is welcome.
There is no charge to attend meetings. If you’d like to join the chapter, our $20 annual membership fee helps fund speaker incentives and member prizes.
