Hi Everyone,
Thursday's InterNACHI speaker will be Erik Jonasson, a computer engineer who handles backend server support at PATLive. Since he isn't a home inspector by trade, he has a different perspective on the tools we use every day. With so many people in the industry currently looking for an exit strategy from Spectora, this is a great time to have someone explain how to make our software and systems work for us, rather than the other way around.
We’re going to keep it pretty practical and cover things like:
Automation: How to use basic workflows and spreadsheets to handle the repetitive tasks that eat up your time.
Software Alternatives: What to look for in a new reporting platform if you’re planning to switch and how to have control over your data.
DIY Tech: How to find the right info to fix your own tech issues without being totally beholden to a big software company’s support desk.
Using PATLive: How an answering service can integrate with your workflow.
The Round-Table Discussion:
We also want to do a quick round-table to see what everyone is currently using. Please come ready to share what software you’re on, what you actually like about it, and what’s currently driving you crazy.

You do not need to be an InterNACHI member or chapter member to attend. Everyone with an interest in home inspections is welcome.
There is no charge to attend meetings. If you’d like to join the chapter, our $20 annual membership fee helps fund speaker incentives and member prizes.
