Hi Everyone,
Mark your calendars! Our next InterNACHI Chesapeake Chapter meeting is just around the corner, and you won’t want to miss it.
We are thrilled to welcome Ronnie from Lighthouse HVAC as our guest speaker!
As home inspectors, a thorough understanding of HVAC systems is critical to providing our clients with the best possible technical assessments. Ronnie brings years of hands-on, local industry expertise and will be diving into common defects to look out for during your inspections. Whether you want to sharpen your technical edge or get your toughest HVAC questions answered by a seasoned pro, this session will provide incredible value for your business.
The Chesapeake Chapter of InterNACHI is a professional community of home inspectors dedicated to continuing education, peer support, and raising the standard of home inspections in our region. Whether you’re new to the field or a seasoned pro, our monthly meetings offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment to learn, connect, and grow.
Meeting Agenda:
Topics we’ve covered include radon mitigation, home energy surveys, safety awareness, mold & air quality, wood-destroying insect identification, and report-writing best practices.
We're always looking for new and exciting topics to discuss. If you have a recommendation, please fill out this Google Form.
You do not need to be an InterNACHI member or chapter member to attend. Everyone with an interest in home inspections is welcome.
There is no charge to attend meetings. If you’d like to join the chapter, our $20 annual membership fee helps fund speaker incentives and member prizes.
Please RSVP online or by calling Neil at 301-529-9463 so we can notify the venue of our headcount. Walk-ins are still welcome.
Food and drinks are available for purchase—pay only for what you order.
