Join us for the upcoming InterNACHI Southern Appalachians Chapter Meeting, featuring special guest speaker Taylor Gremli, Broker-In-Charge of The Gremli Group at Howard Hanna | Allen Tate Real Estate.

Taylor will present “Realtors and the Home Inspection Process,” offering a real-world perspective on how today’s real estate professionals and home inspectors interact. Drawing from her first-hand experience attending inspections with BlackWolf Inspections, she will share practical insights and advice that benefit both inspectors and agents alike.

Key topics will include:

• Taylor’s personal experiences working with home inspectors
• Current perceptions of the home inspection profession among real estate agents
• The value of partnering with InterNACHI for real estate professionals
• Benefits such as free Continuing Education credits in three states, the Buy Back Guarantee, and Move-In Certified® Inspections
• Her thoughts on the InterNACHI Move-In Certified® (pre-listing) Inspection Program

This event is open to all local inspectors and realtors—membership is not required.

The evening will also include a buffet-style meal at Rib Country. To help offset food costs, attendees will be asked to make a $10 contribution while enjoying valuable education, networking, and InterNACHI products.
