John's has been in the business
as a real estate broker since 2008 owning his own firm. Like most agents he
works with both buyers/sellers. His goal is for the buyer/seller to knows
in advance what to expect from him as well as dealing with home
inspectors. John has extensive knowledge in dealing with house flippers
as well. He is the go to agent for the Milwaukee REIA (a local real
estate group that is in the top 10 in the country for real estate education for
those looking to get into the home flipping business).

Also because we ran out of time last month we are going to try something
different. ROLE PLAYING! Come hear how an inspector sells themselves and
their services to a prospective home buyer. I will be asking the
inspector questions from the buyers perspective and solicit responses that we
can all learn from.
This will be a great opportunity to sharpen your skills. If you want to
be one of the people I ask questions of let me know.
The goal of this role playing is to increase your close ratio and also help
with dealing with price shoppers.

different topics. It is always good to practice your craft. We are
all going to learn something from this.
