Gregg is a home inspector and electrical engineer with a deep-rooted background in both construction and electrical systems. His journey started at 19, working in construction while earning degrees in Electronics Engineering from Metropolitan Technical Institute and Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
His career spans roles in RF engineering, high-amperage DC systems, and military-grade communication technologies. He spent a decade with AT&T Wireless designing cell sites, followed by years developing radio jamming and communication intercept equipment for the military. After 16 years at Veritas Technologies, he transitioned full-time into home inspections, launching Orgova Home Inspections with his wife, Nancy.
On a personal level, he lives in Auburndale, FL, with his wife and two adult children—Jake, a computer engineer on the autism spectrum, and Kierra, an aspiring EMT working for Disney. Outside of work, he enjoys classic cars (1967 Cyclone – and all the ones he owned which he wishes he still had), NASCAR, motorcycles, and the great outdoors.
In this presentation, he'll be sharing insights into electrical inspections—balancing foundational knowledge with advanced topics while keeping safety at the forefront.
