Michelle Shishilla began her career in Melbourne, Florida, as a co-founder of Honor Services, which grew into one of the largest inspection firms in the state with a multi‑inspector team. Her deep expertise, particularly in leveraging technology like ISN (Inspection Support Network), earned her a role as training manager for ISN—where she organized and led major national inspection conferences and became highly regarded across the industry. Building on that reputation, she co‑founded WolfPack Advising, providing consulting, SEO, website and social media services to inspectors, leveraging her real‑world business and tech acumen. Her leadership and organizational skills stand out, and she even oversees the Florida‑state-backed “My Safe Home” contract through InterNACHI, solidifying her stature as an industry leader .
Michelle will be presenting on what has contributed towards her career success.
