Continuing Education approved by the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission by taking the following free online courses:
- Home Energy Efficiency for Real Estate Professionals Course. Course #PC9182. 4.0 CE credit hours.
- Saving Home Energy for Real Estate Professionals Course. Course #PC9812. 3.0 CE credit hours.
- Home Energy Score for Real Estate Professionals Course. Course #PC9183. 2.0 CE credit hours.
Step #1: Agent creates a free account.
Step #2: Agent logs into the course.
Log into the course with your username and password you created in Step #1. Choose any approved course (see above). You may enter your InterNACHI inspector's ID # and receive immediate access to the course. Example ID #: NACHI97010101
