(3 bottles of Clorox bleach sitting on the floor and a little tank connected to the filtration system).

Learn whats new in the water condition space and why we should be filtering our water!

Kevin Kromm from Paradise Builders is going to help explain why so many decks today fail. He will be stressing the defects you should be looking for when inspecting a deck. How many decks do you see that are built by the homeowner? Are you calling out all of the defects or are you just looking for hangers or if the ledger board is installed correctly. Have you missed anything related to the decks construction? Did you know that the DECK LAW changed in 2016! (SPS 320-325) Did you also know that based on the city where the house is the deck codes could be different!
