CCPIA's Introduction to Commercial Property Inspections 3-Day Class in Texas (Past Event)

This three-day, in-person class will prepare students to confidently perform commercial property inspections. In a series of lectures and class discussions, students will become familiar with inspecting a variety of commercial building systems, and learn essential business practices to thrive in the diverse commercial real estate landscape. Students will have the opportunity to apply the class material by actively participating in a mock inspection. 

This class is TREC-approved for 21 hours for Texas-licensed real estate inspectors continuing education. Note that students will receive 16 of those hours toward license renewal due to the TREC-category rule limit. Learn more at Continuing Education for Texas Inspectors.
