InterNACHI's New Jersey Chapter Meeting (Past Event)

Zach Lillienfeld, PE, will be on hand to present Structural Evaluations for Home Inspectors.  Structure continues to be an inspection component that comes back to 'bite' Home Inspectors if not properly identified and assessed.  Zach will review some of the more common structural defects, discuss underlying causes, highlight the significance of the findings, and indicate when to recommend further evaluation by a licensed engineer.
