Inspecting Commercial Building Systems Fast-Track Course (Past Event)

This course breaks down each major building system and shows you how to inspect them safely, recognize defects, and form opinions about property conditions.

You’ll start by understanding different building types and what to expect from the systems within them. From there, you’ll learn how to plan and route your inspection, document findings efficiently, and apply a consistent approach across all property types.
