Join CCPIA® for a full day of hands-on training inspecting a community center. You’ll complete a full inspection and work through real-world scenarios to build confidence for your future inspections. This field training provides context for building systems and property conditions, including inspection scope, system operation, and common deficiencies. It also covers essential safety, efficiency, and reporting practices.

Built in 1956, the community center was renovated in 2023 to include a commercial kitchen. You’ll assess property conditions and review common inspection findings for the commercial kitchen, low-slope roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, building envelope, structure, fire and life safety, accessibility, and more. The property also features a rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system.
