The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc (InterNACHI)
has again increased its membership requirements effective January 1, 2008. Members
and new applicants will be required to take InterNACHI's Green Building Course,

and practices and healthy homes.
Although the requirement goes into effect on January 1, 2008, InterNACHI is giving
everyone 18 months to complete the course which includes 49 quizzes and a final
exam. Everyone is welcome to take the course before applying for membership if
they so choose, as the course is free, open to all and can be taken again and
