Building the House of Horrors

InterNACHI is pleased to announce that it is building the ultimate inspection training facility--The InterNACHI House of Horrors in Colorado.

As part of InterNACHI University, the House of Horrors is a full-size house with thousands of defects, constructed inside a new two-story, 15,000-square-foot studio. The project is designed to provide inspectors with very realistic training using an actual home that has more defects than most inspectors will come upon in an entire home inspection career.

New Air Leakage Illustration

InterNACHI has updated the free, online "How to Inspect for Moisture Intrusion" course with a new graphic!

Members are free to download any inspection illustration from our online graphics library and use them in their inspection reports.

Free Final Walk-Through Checklist

At the end of the home inspection, give your client this free Final Walk-Through Checklist to use on the day of closing. The instructions imply that your client should hire you again to accompany them on the final walk through. It is an MS Word document so that you can edit it as you see fit.

New Crawlspace Vapor Barrier Illustration

A new illustration of a crawlspace vapor barrier has been added to the InterNACHI Gallery for members to use in their inspection reports.

InterNACHI's free, online "How to Inspect for Moisture Intrusion" course has been updated with the illustration in Part 2.4 of the course.
