InterNACHI has a NEW Preferred Mold Inspection and Sampling Insurance Program
 
Denver, CO (November 10, 2007) - The InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) has a NEW professional mold inspectors errors and omissions liability coverage for mold inspectors.  InterNACHI, together with the Allen Insurance Group, and PRO-LAB has arranged to provide this important improved coverage for their members.
  • NEW - Coverage is provided for both legal expenses and damages.
  • NEW - Every Insured has their own limits and are not subject to a group limit.
  • NEW - Includes General Liability coverage while at the job site.
  • NEW - Lower Deductible of $1,000.NEW - Lower Premium.

InterNACHI members that acquire approved training can obtain this coverage with no prior experience or qualifications. No other association fees or mandated standards are required. InterNACHI members are automatically members of IAC2 upon completion of a PRO-LAB training class. The limits of liability are $500,000/$1,000,000 with a $1,000 deductible.  Annual premium is $1,695 including all State Taxes & fees (Taxes vary slightly by state).  Financing is available. The "flat" premium is NOT revenue based, so there are no surprise audits to face.

  • Coverage is limited to the initial screening process (Inspection/Sampling)
  • Claims-Made policy
  • Each Policy has its own limits

  • No underwriting delay as your quote is immediately processed upon submission of approved application

Coverage can be obtained by a simple process for the InterNACHI member who:

    1. is a InterNACHI member in good standing,
    2. successfully completes the InterNACHI approved mold inspection training through PRO-LAB, 
    3. completes the insurance application, and 
    4. sends completed application to Allen Insurance Group c/o Kenny Logan, Program Underwriter.

Binding insurance certificate will be forwarded promptly.
