InterNACHI's Mold Waiver & Release

Mold causes health problems.

If the home inspector observes indications of mold or moisture intrusion problems, and the client doesn't want to order a mold test, have them sign this.

The agreement (between inspector and client) says that the client understands that there is mold, but refuses to get an inspection and releases you.
