Inspection Business Growth Seminars Coming to Pennsylvania

Join inspection industry leaders as they share their arsenal of free business success tips and tools to help you succeed and grow your inspection company.

These free inspection business success and growth seminars are open to all inspectors.  Everyone is welcome (leave your association affiliation at the door).  Dress is casual, as our events are informal and fun -- the way they should be!  Bring your employees, partners and spouses.  This seminar will not be returning to Pennsylvania, so don't miss it!
  • Pittsburgh (Cranberry Twp.) on Monday, May 2, 2016, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
  • Harrisburg on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
  • Philadelphia (West Conshohocken) on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Electronic Signatures for Home Inspection Agreements

As the digital age progresses, paper contracts are quickly becoming outdated. Many inspectors now use InterNACHI's Online Agreement System, and even those who don't may be asking clients to approve agreements by fax or email.  We want to provide a brief overview of the law regarding electronic signatures and offer some helpful tips to inspectors who rely on them.

You must first understand the difference between a digital signature and an electronic signature.

Customized Books

Your inspection company can have its own home maintenance book to give to clients.

Get custom home maintenance books at no additional cost! The home maintenance book teaches your clients how their home works, how to maintain it, and how to save energy.

We can put anything you want on the cover, including:
  • a photo of you,
  • your inspectors,
  • your inspection vehicle, or
  • whatever you like.

We'll provide all the design work for free.

You can completely customize the entire front and back cover so that it looks like your book. Give your clients YOUR book!

Updated House of Horrors
Time-Lapse Video, Version 3

Watch the latest time-lapse video of InterNACHI's House of Horrors as it's being built, including the installation of two garage doors and the roof sheathing.

The House of Horrors is a full-size house with thousands of defects, constructed inside a new two-story, 15,000-square-foot studio. The project is designed to provide inspectors with realistic training using a simulated home that has more defects than most inspectors will come across in their entire home inspection career.
