Nick Gromicko with InterNACHI member Martin Carrado (age 85), the oldest practicing home inspector on N. America.  Martin has been doing inspections for close to 40 years.  He turned 85 years old 2 days before Nick turned 44.  Martin works from Rome, NY and is ASHI member #445. Martin drove over 100 miles to meet Nick.  Picture taken at the InterNACHI meeting at the ABITCO school in Syracuse, New York on May 27th, 2006.
