Welcome to PITI. We have been offering various types of training to new and experienced inspectors alike since 1993. Our central location in the Greater Kansas City Metroplex, is right in the middle of the country and makes us readily accessible to everyone. We offer many different types of services, continuing education, and products for inspectors such as:
  • Home Inspector Training Manuals on: Roofing; Electrical; Radon; Foundations, Structure & Defects; Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps; and How To Get Into The Home Inspection Business.
  • An 80 slide or Power Point “Marketing Show” that an inspector can use to promote their services at real estate office meetings or with other groups.
  • A very extensive Narrative Style Field Checklist that has been used by several past ASHI and NAHI Chapter Presidents and 1 National ASHI President.
  • Various inspection training classes and continuing education seminars for new and existing home inspectors including: (Sales & Marketing; EIFS & Stucco Inspections; Exam Preparation To Pass The NHIE, ASHI, NAHI, InterNACHI Or State Exams; Radon Testing & Protocols; Building Codes For A Home Inspector; Heat Pump Inspections; Carbon Monoxide Testing; Electrical Inspections; Wood Shake & Composition Roofing; and both Basic & Advanced Home Inspection Courses.
We train inspectors to inspect buildings and to be good at doing this. We specialize in small classes, so our instructors can give students personal attention and teach them to be successful inspectors in a very short time period. This gives them more of a one-on-one relationship with the instructors than they can get in any other training schools.  
 
For InterNACHI Inspectors, we offer 10% off of any products or short continuing education classes.  For any  6 Day, or 8 Day, or 12 Day Home Inspection Training Classes we offer $100 off by simply identifying themselves as InterNACHI Members.
