Good afternoon Frank,

Counsel for Reliant Homes, LLC sent the attached response letter to me today.  In the letter, Reliant Homes’ counsel indicates that Reliant Homes will honor the request to add InterNACHI to the list of qualified home inspectors in its contracts.  I’ll ask opposing counsel to confirm when that change has been made and to send me a copy of the form contract including the revised language.
