RESA/INTERNACHI Fusion Marketing Program

RESA and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) the world's biggest and best professional association of home and commercial property inspectors have joined forces to bring our memberships together to take advantage of fusion marketing opportunities.

Fusion Marketing is creating a strategic alliance with other businesses that support or connect you to your target market. This is one of the best ways to grow your business is through a referral of another professional.

Benefits: This will allow the RESA member to join forces with an InterNACHI member to cross promote each other’s businesses. When you meet with your clients one of the best things you can recommend in addition to staging is to get a home/property inspection prior to going on the market. This will be a huge plus when marketing the property.  Quite often deals fall through because a property doesn’t pass an inspection. By doing the inspection before your client goes on the market they have the opportunity to correct any issues that need to be addressed. Then you and the Realtor can market this home as passing a home inspection.

InterNACHI has also launched their “MoveInCertified” program. These homes have been inspected by InterNACHI certified inspectors and the sellers confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement and no known safety hazards. The inspection reports are hosted on InterNACHI's   

This is a fantastic opportunity for RESA Members to take advantage of. You can include this in your marketing presentation and clients. This will help you market your client’s property by advising them to take advantage of this service.

To qualify to apply for the program you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
  • Keep your RESA membership Current
  • Current member of the Staging Excellence Alliance
  • No Ethics Violations or disciplinary actions 
  • Must have your RESA Profile completely filled out an current 
  • Must have a current website 
  • Must have current Liability Insurance 
  • Must link to RESA and to InterNACHI
  • Must post the RESA, InterNACHI and SEA Logo and report on your website and RESA Profile
How it works:
Once we get your application.  We will put you in touch with a local InterNACHI Member. You will need to meet with each other and explain how you both work so you can explain to each other’s potential clients. You will give each other your marketing materials or a brochure so you can hand out to your clients.
