Dear Ms.  Endza:

On August 19, 2009, this office received your supporting material, application anddocumentation asking that we review and approve a course that your organizationhas developed for the purpose of providing continuing education credits tolicensed Tennessee Home Inspectors.

Thefollowing course was approved on August 21, 2009:

“Deck Inspections Course”      (2) hours
 
If not already approved yourorganization’s name will be added to our website’s approved continuingeducation provider listing.  Eachapproved course title will be assigned a Tennessee continuing education (CE)number and will be listed on the site under the course provider’s name alongwith the number of hours for which the course was approved. Please remember, in accordance with Administrative Rule # 0780-5-12-.07(f) within five (5) working days after thecompletion of each course, the provider shall submit to the commissioner a listof all attendees, including, if applicable, the attendees’ licensenumbers.  If the course is forcontinuing education, each licensee successfully completing the course shall befurnished a certificate certifying completion.
