Trident College in South Carolina trains future InterNACHI Inspectors.
The demand for qualified home inspectors has been strong in South Carolina because
of the booming real estate market, and Trident Technical College, located in Charleston,
SC, is prepared to meet that demand through a home inspection-training program
offered through its Department of Continuing Education & Economic Development.
The college was recognized as an approved site for home inspector training by
the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission in June 2002 and is approved
by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). A 45 hour
course, conveniently held on two consecutive weekends four times per year, costs
$725 plus books.
The summer course will begin on July 14th-16th and end on the weekend of July 21st-23rd 2006. Class hours are from 12:00-6:30pm on Friday and from 8:00am-5:30pm on
Saturday and Sunday.
