Historic Bank Becomes Movie Set for Commercial Inspection Training Videos

SOLD

InterNACHI's "We'll Buy Your Home Back" Guarantee is only for residential properties.  However, we recently made an exception and bought back a commercial building (technically, we stood in for a client of an InterNACHI® member who wanted out of the agreement just before closing).

The building, located in Wyoming, is the First National Bank building and is an historic landmark.

The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association will be using the building to film commercial property inspection training videos.  The training videos will be part of commercial inspection courses that are based on the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties.   InterNACHI's online video courses have been awarded more than 1,400 governmental approvals and accreditations.

Once the filming has been completed, the First National Bank building will be available for purchase.  InterNACHI's holding company will carry the financing for you, should you need financing.

In the past, the building has been used as a bank (obviously), a school, a jail, and a fire department.  The town will allow you to do almost anything with the property, including making apartments out of it, storefronts, or adding a second story.   The facade of the front of the building must remain intact.

It has a newer roof, all new plumbing, all new electrical, and solid masonry, and includes a one-third acre level lot.

InterNACHI recently had the property surveyed and steel pins installed. A copy of the July, 2017 survey is here. A copy of the site map is here.
