InterNACHI to open hands-on commercial inspection training center.

InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors is pleased to announce that it has opened another commercial building inspection training facility near Denver, Colorado. The purpose of the facility is to provide real hands-on training to inspectors who wish to learn how to perform complete and accurate inspections and cost estimating on commercial buildings such as multi-story office buildings, restaurants, warehouses, strip malls, condominiums, apartments and even skyscrapers. The facility, due to open in 2006, was made possible with the support of Porter Valley Software. Students will be trained to write their commercial inspection reports using an integrated commercial library which includes thousands of InterNACHI industry-standard narratives.

The new facility will provide commercial inspection training is free to all InterNACHI members. InterNACHI members should check on the message board for dates and times.
