Monthly rates  are  Single @ $5.95, Couple @ $8.95,  and  Family @ $9.95.   Respective annual rates are $59, $79, and $89.     Members of InterNACHI will have the $20 Processing Fee waived.  These membership rates are not available to the general public.

*Dental Program savings are based on the 2003 National Dental Advisory fee 90th percentile fee schedule.  This is a discount program, not an insurance plan. Member is responsible for discounted fee at time of service.  The program and its administrators have no liability for providing or guaranteeing service and have no liability for the quality of service rendered. Note to Utah Residents: This contract is not protected by the Utah Life and Health Guaranty Association.
