Proctored Exams for Home Inspectors in Alberta

 
This is a proctored exam.
 
The proctor is a member in good standing of InterNACHI and shall abide by the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines for College Testing Centers for proctoring examinations, which can be found at http://www.ncta-testing.org/resources/standards/.
 
The proctored will offer examinees testing in a controlled, proctored environment.
 
Proctors will verify an examiner’s photo identification by checking to see that the signature and photo match the person presenting the identification. The Proctor will actively monitor the testing room and may monitor test content when deemed necessary. The Proctor will be responsible and competent to receive and follow all proctoring instructions from InterNACHI, such as timing the exam, providing scratch paper and pencils, etc.
 
The Proctor will provide a quiet environment with acceptable test-taking conditions. The room will be dedicated to testing during the scheduled session and will have controlled access. Appropriate lighting, temperature control, and noise restrictions will be considered, including ADA special requirements.
 
 
The exam is timed and monitored by the exam system.
 

By starting the exam, the examinee hereby attests that s/he is the person completing the exam. S/he understands that having another person participate in completing the exam is fraudulent and will result in being denied exam completion and corresponding credit. 

The exam proctor and provider reserves the right to monitor as necessary to verify the integrity of any information presented to or communicated by the student. The student agrees not to duplicate or distribute any part of this copyrighted work or provide other parties with the answers or copies of the questions and answers that are part of this exam. If plagiarism or copyright infringement is proven, InterNACHI, the student, and appropriate regulatory entities will be notified of such, and the examinee will be barred from the exam and/or have his/her credit hours and/or certification revoked.
