Arizona Chapter of InterNACHI meeting April 19th, 2004 at 7pm. All welcome!

Update: Dennis Holden of Southwest Gas Corporation and two other SWG employees did a very educational talk on hot water tanks. They also played a safety video. They will be doing an educational seminar for InterNACHI in AZ soon. Dennis has joined InterNACHI's Safety Advisory Board.

EVERYONE is cordially invited to the next meeting of the Arizona Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Monday, April 19th, 2004 at 7pm. New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all other associations, are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI. Anyone interested in home inspections can attend. Dress casual if you like, as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be. Spouses welcome. Come hungry!

This meeting is FREE and open to all.

1.  Nick Gromicko, REALTOR, ad agency owner & Executive Director of InterNACHI will discuss:

  • Marketing your home inspection service directly to buyers.
  • Raising your prices when your competition charges less.
  • Converting every call into a scheduled inspection.

2.  Dave Bush, InterNACHI Development Director will discuss:

  • Free membership benefits.
  • The InterNACHI Foundation (a separate registered charity).

3. Lots of free stuff:

4.  A great dinner, drinks, desserts:

You can purchase dinner, dessert, and drinks.  We prefer you order something so we can all eat together.

5.  Free marketing help: After the meeting I will stay and help any inspector one-on-one, so bring your flyers/brochures for us to work on. I will also be available the next morning during breakfast. If you can't make the meeting you should visit for some free money making home inspection tips.

RSVP with me at if you plan to attend.
