InterNACHI is pleased to announce the release of Real Property Times®, a free newspaper for real estate professionals, investors, loan officers, and home sellers.
We've already been awarded U.S. Trademark registration on the Principal Registry, created a new logo for the e-Real Property Times® e-newsletter, formed a sister non-profit organization Real Property Times, Inc., and hired a full-time professional graphics designer, Erin Ondreka (below).
Real Property Times® is being mailed and/or e-mailed to EVERY real estate professional and home seller in the U.S. and Canada and reccomends InterNACHI members, IAC2 members and Infrared Certified inspectors exclusively.  It will also refer agents to special episodes of www.NACHI.TV that explain why it is so important to use only qualified inspectors, and where to find them.
The paper will also promote seller inspections, commercial inspections performed in accordance with InterNACHI's ComSOP, and all other types of inspections.
The first email blast will go out at the beginning of May, 2008 to over 6 million real estate professionals, investors, loan officers, and home sellers.  1.4 million hard copy issues will be mailed starting at the end of April, 2008.
The project, in cooperation with, FetchReport,, PRO-LAB®, OverSeeIt.comAgent Data, the North American Directory of Inspectors, and NACHI.TV is the largest inspector marketing program ever undertaken by the inspection industry.
